Returning by popular demand, this dedicated update for immigration law practitioners covers the practicalities of this rapidly evolving area of law. The increasing complexities of Brexit, the EU settlements scheme and the new points-based immigration system are just some of the current challenges faced by immigration lawyers.

With a keynote address from The Rt Hon Lord Boyd, this conference will include a discussion from both sides of the judicial system, as well as the standing sessions on developments in general practice, foreign investment work and a case law review.  Accessible to all levels, the conference offers a concise update on legal and technical matters for Scottish immigration lawyers.
