The first is the employers guide to acceptable right to work documents providing very useful advice on the documentation which are acceptable in conducting rights to work checks. Helpfully, it also provides images of the various visa's / residence permits issued by Home Office and explains the various types of immigration statuses held by people.

The second is the Statutory Excuse Check sheet which

  • tells employers how to seek a defence
  • includes acceptable documents needed to establish a continuous statutory excuse. It includes the summary version of the acceptable documents. Lists A & B.
