The questionnaire is presented in two versions: the first can be completed by citizens who have made their own applications, and the second by those who have assisted the applications of individuals or made an application on behalf of a citizen.
For details of how we use, manage and protect any information provided, please see our Consultation Privacy Notice as published on our website. You can also view our principles for conducting consultations and calls for evidence here.
The statutory remit of the IMA does not extend to investigating or making decisions about individual applications. This remains a Home Office responsibility. The IMA will however take an interest in individual cases to the extent that they illustrate or point to potential systemic problems.
This call for evidence will close on 18th June 2021.
