As of today, the Start-up and Innovator visa categories have opened to applicants.  The Home Office have today published a full list of authorised endorsing bodies that can issue endorsements for the Start-up visa and another for the Innovator list.

What is it? Another new visa route presented in the immigration white paper of December 2018, set to go live this Friday. The Innovator visa was initially proposed in the white paper as a route: “For experienced business people who want to set up a business in the UK that is innovative, scalable and viable.”

The Home Office announced last night that the Tier 1 (Investor) visa route will be suspended from midnight tomorrow, Friday 07 December, until new rules come in to force in 2019.
