British Nationality Regulations 2013

A brief but nevertheless important set of Regulations are due to come into force on the 28th October. Referred to as the British Nationality (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2013, they make some important changes to the qualifications required to prove one has sufficient knowledge of the English Language for the purpose of Naturalisation under The British Nationality Act.  Schedule 2A provides the specified acceptable tests and qualifications and also clarifies the countries  deemed as satisfying the definition of English Speaking Countries.
