More Changes to the Rules

UKBA announced today a further round of changes to the Rules coming into force 1st July. There are amendments for students under Tier 4, certain positions of employment under Tier 2, clarification that regulated financial institutions means those regulated to provide personal savings accounts or students loans and withdrawal of the requirement of resident labour market testing for positions of religious worker under Tier 5.

The requirement of Tuberculosis testing is extended to include China, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Gambia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malawi,, Morocco, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Vietnam and Zambia.

Most important is the amended Appendix for the List of English Language tests approved by the Home Office. A detailed schedule is produced amending the documents required for the approved tests.
